Observation

Licensor did not observe extra batteries inside of emergency backpack for battery powered lamp. Emergency exit door in outdoor space was observed to have a tire partially blocking emergency exit door. Dispute Description: The tire is there for a purpose and has been there for 15 plus years. It’s a small mini bike tire to prevent the children from ramming all their tricycles into the exit gate. From certain angles, it does look like it might be blocking the exit route, however if you are close to it, you do realize there is plenty of room to exit. We do monthly fire drills and have never had any issues. Extra batteries were put in school age backpack on August 10th, 2024. The tire is there for a purpose and has been there for 15 plus years.
